In Australia, two major companies to sell electricity (hybrid gasoline / electric) are Toyota and Honda. I know there is a waiting list for the Toyota Prius, but do not know all the details for the Civic Hybrid.
Not sure if all the electric cars for sale here yet or not.
I read the newspapers of the country over a garden, renovated a few months and a little Hyundai Getz and became a fully electric car, loads in the solar system. Very, very good!
