I have the "last-minute hotel" sites, as well as priceline.com and get a decent hotel room.

However, I have never seen the hotels of 4 or 5 stars (such as Ritz Carlton or Mandarin Oriental) are spaces that appear on those sites. I think there must be a pricing policy that prohibits advertising on these pages, but at the same time, is not it better if they have paying customers, but as empty spaces?
